Welder / Fabricator

Dustrol, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned asphalt contractor in Towanda, Kansas that designs, builds, maintains, and modifies its own custom-made equipment for use on Cold milling and Hot-In-Place asphalt recycling projects. Established in 1973, we have had continued success growing our footprint throughout the Midwest. We are currently looking for a full-timeWelder - Fabricatorto support the Kansas Division in Towanda, Kansas. Candidates must be willing to learn new tasks and have pride in the quality of their work.

Job Details:

• Utilize MIG, TIG, stick and other welding processes to building and create equipment utilized by our crews
• Perform structural fit
• Operate a variety of machines to include saws, drills, and forklifts
• Utilize blueprints and interpret blueprints to successfully build according to specifications
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Pass basic plate weld test (visual and bend) within specified time requirements
• Experience MIG welding (GMAQ). TIG welding (GTAW)
• Maintain safe environment while following company and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience preferred
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints
• Must be able to lift, push, or carry objects of 50lbs on a continual basis
