Description
Seeking a Service Desk Administrator to support a federal customer. The Service Desk Administrator will manage permissions for share folders and mailboxes, update user information in the client system, transfer user data, provide Tier I phone support, and provide updates to support documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support IT and User Support functions to include but not limited to :
- Managing permissions for shared folders and mailboxes.
- Updating user information in client systems.
- Transferring user data into client systems.
- Providing Tier I phone support and troubleshooting
- Creating, updating, and tracking service requests / incidents within a ticketing system.
- Assisting with maintaining and updating support documentation and policies / procedures.
- Providing timely and responsive support in a remote environment.
