We are looking for an individual for entry-level or experienced candidates. This office is willing to train a front desk receptionist to add to their team. Must be able to demonstrate computer and typing skills with testing through pre-screen testing.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be a professional, friendly, and compassionate person to work in the office and with patients. Go-getter attitude, teachable, genuine care for patients' well-being, and a smiling and welcoming personality. Top candidates will need to show dedication and longevity through their resumes. Looking for a quick learner,, who can work at a fast pace, handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, check patients in/out, adjust quickly to new things, have strong computer and phone skills, be dedicated and detailed, self-motivated, and make patient care a priority. Must have excellent computers and good typing skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone, and answering any inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
- Comforting distressed patients may range from simply fixing any appointment issues to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
Schedule for Medford and Grants Pass:
Monday- Grants Pass office and start between 7:00-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start time.
Tuesday- Medford office and start between 7:20-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start time.
Wednesday- Grants Pass office and start between 7:00-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start.
Thursday- Potential half day in Grants Pass or Medford starting 1-2pm then off 5pm-7 ish/ or full day off
Friday- Medford office starts between 7:10-10:30am until 5-7pm.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
Must pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and current reference checks. You must be at least 18 to apply.
