Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a software-related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, including warm calling strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
