Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction : Engage with policyholders and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Policy Management : Assist clients with managing their insurance policies, including renewals, changes, and coverage explanations.
  • Problem Solving : Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communication : Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and seamless service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay updated with the latest insurance products and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Licensing : Have your Ohio insurance license now or be willing to obtain a license within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service or insurance customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to assess client situations and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a team environment while supporting agency goals.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Proficiency : Proficient in using computers and related software, including CRM systems.
