Essential Job Functions :
The Trainer / Learning Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials across various platforms, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and potentially Articulate.
Will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and collaborate effectively to create comprehensive, engaging, and effective training materials and curriculum.
Also involves ensuring that training content is accessible and stored in platforms such as SharePoint for easy access by end-users.
Will assist in process improvement initiatives to support business areas, including creating and maintaining SharePoint sites as knowledge repositories.
Review and analyze existing training materials and content from various sources
Combine and integrate similar content into cohesive, streamlined training materials and curriculums, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a unified approach
Lead virtual training sessions as required, ensuring content is delivered clearly and effectively
Gather feedback from participants and SMEs to continually improve the training content and delivery methods.
Basic Qualifications :
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and potentially Articulate or similar learning tools
Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Thrive in a collaborative and innovative team environment
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
Other Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant certifications a plus
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $46,200 - $85,800.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
