Responsibilities of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and organize work areas.
- Maintain painted lines within shop.
- Inspect housekeeping daily.
- Clean outside common areas.
- Remove trash twice daily.
- Inspect certain safety equipment.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Qualifications of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to:
- Prior forklift experience required.

Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Working Conditions: Shop environment.
Training/Certifications: Training provided.
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.Occasional overtime.
Travel: N/A.
Education: High School or GED .
