Location : Santa Clara , CA
Pay Range : $22-25 / hr
Schedule : M-F 6am-2 : 30pm
Full-Time, Onsite
4-month contract covering leave

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive operations through managing production meetings, streamlining processes, and helping implement policies to keep things running smoothly.
- Provide key financial data and insights to corporate teams, ensuring they have everything needed to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with management to identify potential risks and ensure the team is meeting industry standards and legal requirements.
- Keep communication flowing between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the board.
- Maintain high customer service standards by working alongside teams to ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Assist the management team with everything from submitting customer quotes to managing travel arrangements.
- Lead business-critical projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget.
- Jump in where needed to support teams like HR, EHS, and Planning / Scheduling, making sure everything stays on track.
