Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tooling Manager to join our team. The Tooling Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all tools and equipment within our facility.
Duties
- Manage the tooling department and ensure all tools are properly maintained
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize New tools to insure on time delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues with tools and equipment to minimize downtime
- Oversee the ordering of new tooling and parts as needed
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all tools
- Train staff on proper tool usage and safety procedures
Skills
- Proficiency in logic controllers and precision measuring instruments
- Mechanical knowledge with electrical and industrial electrician skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact with internal teams effectively
- Ability to militarize tooling processes for efficiency

Pay: $102,239.00 - $108,748.00 per year
