Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to residents in various settings, such as memory care units and assisted living facilities.
Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
Requirements
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, or assisted living is preferred
- Certification in first aid is a plus
- Ability to provide direct support and patient care with empathy and patience
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their families
- Knowledge of social work principles for holistic resident care
- Willingness to undergo training in patient monitoring and assisting techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
