Job Title: Wiring Harness Assembler (Full-Time)

Location: 320 S Redwood St, Canby, OR 97013

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day

Job Summary:
As a full-time Wiring Harness Assembler, you will be responsible for the fabrication,

assembly, and testing of high-quality wiring harnesses. This role requires an understanding

of electrical wiring and electrical connector installation, combined with a commitment to

precision and quality in all aspects of production.

Key Responsibilities:
Wiring Harness Assembly:
  • Build and assemble custom wiring harnesses for aircraft, ensuring all components are
properly routed, crimped, and secured.

  • Cut, strip, and terminate wires to the required lengths and specifications for various
electrical systems that will be installed in an aircraft.

  • Follow technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accuracy and
compliance with design specifications.

Testing & Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough electrical testing of wiring harnesses to ensure proper function and
safety.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in wiring, providing solutions to meet high-performance
standards.

Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including wiring diagrams, parts used, and
any modifications made.

  • Adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements for aircraft wiring and
avionics.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and production teams to ensure that wiring
and instrument panel designs are accurate and meet client needs.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential improvements or issues
with assembly processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building wiring harnesses, ideally in the aviation or aerospace
industry.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with hand tools, crimping tools, soldering equipment, and other relevant
machinery for harness and panel assembly.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working on wiring harness assembly and test.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a production environment for extended periods of time, including sitting,
standing, and handling small components.
