- Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST
- Pay: $20/h

- Analyze & Improve: Dive into our current printing habits, spot areas for improvement, and recommend awesome solutions to optimize print volume, paper usage, and device utilization.
- Fleet Management: Survey our existing printer fleet and handle lease extensions or refreshes. You'll ensure all paperwork is spot-on and up to spec.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to coordinate printer installations and refresh activities.
- Sales Support: Provide valuable information on product capabilities, technical specs, pricing, and positioning to support sales opportunities.
- Educate & Empower: Teach employees the best practices for printing, from document preparation to responsible printing habits.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Great Communicator: Effectively communicate with users at all levels to educate them on print optimization initiatives.
- Project Manager Extraordinaire: Plan and execute print optimization projects with defined timelines and deliverables.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of print technologies and hardware.
- Strong Communication Skills: You'll be chatting with end users of all levels.
- Coordination Skills: You'll be the go-to person for scheduling installs and coordinating with facilities.
- Organizational Wizard: Juggle multiple refresh requests like a pro.
- Excel Enthusiast: Most of your work will be through Excel, so strong skills here are a plus (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Education: High School degree or equivalent
