Role: SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SENIOR)
Location: Clarksburg, WV
Job Type: Full Time
Job Overview: Lead the configuration, management, support, and optimization of COTS products used across the organization, particularly focusing on Atlassian Data Center applications, ensuring enterprise standards, consistent usage, and e fective plugin implementation.
Active Secret Facility Clearance required at time of application Must be eligible to obtain and maintain FBI security clearance
Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and Warrantless Search Agreement
Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) at the enterprise level
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in managing, configuring, and customizing Atlassian products for large organizations
Demonstrated experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and automating processes using tools like Jira Automation and REST APIs
Demonstrated two (2) years of experience in leading a team of administrators and providing tiered support for Atlassian tools
Experience implementing Atlassian tools in government or law enforcement environments Experience with section 508 compliance testing for application and plugin upgrades
Experience with security compliance requirements for federal systems
Experience with PostgreSQL for database management and optimization Experience with FISMA documentation requirements for ATO
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator, etc.)
Relevant certifications in IT service management or enterprise application administration
Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian Data Center products configuration and administration
Strong understanding of workflow design, permission structures, and custom field configuration Experience with plugin management and customization
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (Groovy, Python, etc.) Knowledge of API integration and extension
Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and practices
Exce lent communication and training skils for supporting users Ability to establish enterprise standards and drive adoption
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
