Job Role: Sales Account Manager - B2B sales
Location: Boston, MA/Onsite

- Identify and secure high-value sales opportunities that align with clients’ sustainability and branding objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling, customized presentations showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new clients while fostering long-term relationships for referrals and testimonials.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment on product features and benefits.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incentives, and market developments to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistently exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and report directly to the President.
What You Bring:
- Proven Sales Success: 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in company branding, renewable energy, distributed generation, or other high-impact industries.
- Account Development Expertise: Strong ability to build relationships, manage time effectively, and close high-value deals.
- Diverse Industry Experience: Experience working with small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth sectors.
- Strategic & Critical Thinking: Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Self-Driven & Team-Oriented: Highly motivated, excelling both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Persuasive, empathetic, and highly skilled in both written and verbal communication.
