Job Description:
As a Single Family Homes Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, rehabilitation, and turnkey operations of single-family homes within our portfolio. This role requires a combination of technical skills and customer service to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and ready for new tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of homes to determine repair and maintenance needs.
- Perform hands-on repairs and renovations, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage larger renovation projects.
- Ensure all homes meet safety and quality standards prior to tenant move-in.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, costs, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance or construction.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in construction or building maintenance is a plus.
