Single Family Rentals Maintenance Technician

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining our properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our residents. What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on single-family rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues before they become problems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
• Assist with property turnovers, ensuring units are ready for new residents.
• Keep track of inventory for maintenance supplies and tools.

You Should Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus!
• Proven experience in maintenance or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
