Job Summary:
As a Rehab/Turnkey/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks in our single family rental properties. Your expertise will help transform and maintain properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and are ready for occupancy by new tenants.
Responsibilities :
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Conduct renovations and remodels of properties, preparing them for new tenants.
- Inspect properties to identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage larger renovation projects.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
- Maintain a schedule of regular maintenance while also responding to emergency repair requests.
- Document and report on maintenance activities and completed projects.
Skills:
- Proven experience in maintenance work, particularly in residential settings.
- Technical skills including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred.
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of care within rehabilitation settings, ensuring that both patients and staff have access to safe, functional equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
