Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated college intern to support our recruiting & onboarding efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources processes within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated college intern to support our recruiting & onboarding efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources processes within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions
- Help manage and update job postings
- Support registration and coordination for career fairs
- Review resumes and assist with candidate screening processes when needed
- Schedule interviews with the hiring managers
- Assist with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HRIS database
- Assist with coordinating reference checks for potential hires
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire packets, running background checks, etc.
- Help organize new hire orientations when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications majors preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute solutions
