Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Communicate with candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms

Help manage recruiting-related administrative tasks and documentation

Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administration support preferred.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a passion for creating a fun and collaborative work environment.
- Must be based in NYC and available to work in our Midtown office at least twice per week
