E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Language Enabled Analyst (Tagalog) to join our team in Fort Shafter, HI in support of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Theater Army Campaign Support (TACS). TACS is responsible for the integration, automation, and interoperability of intelligence and MDO across the USARPAC AOR. USARPAC and its operational partners require professional services in support of various intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale. This effort provides subject matter expertise to contribute to organizational agility in a collaborative national security environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation and translation, regional expertise, and cultural services for operational requirements utilizing personnel knowledgeable in foreign language and cultural awareness for countries identified by the Government, particularly within the USARPAC AOR.
- Prepare briefings and attend information exchanges, workshops, and conferences to brief and engage with the broader U.S. interagency community.
- Research, analyze, and document DoD and other applicable U.S. Government language and cultural requirements.
- Assist with the drafting of papers, memorandums, and training requirements requiring language, regional, and/or cultural expertise.
- Assist the Government with meeting theater-wide language and cultural priorities and objectives through coordination and collaboration with representatives from the Command and the broader U.S. interagency community.
- Research issue papers and preparing briefings for senior U.S. Government leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience or HS diploma/GED and 9 years of experience.
- 3 Years of Language Enabled Analytic Experience
- 3 years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reporting
- Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policy
- Knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures
- Ability to show a score of 2 or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Tagalog language
- Ability to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products; able to communicate with vast audiences
- Ability to provide shift work support
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.?
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
- Experience working in Cyber, Air, Naval or Space domains
- Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across domains on behalf of the stakeholder
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- Completion of a credentialing Service School including Army MOS 35P or AFSC 1N3 or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
- Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools.
- Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to task.??
