Role & Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement effective solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud tailored to healthcare organizations.
• Understand industry-specific challenges and business requirements to provide optimal solutions.
• Define data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless operations and data management.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

3. Customization & Configuration

• Configure Salesforce Health Cloud to meet healthcare-specific needs.
• Customize the user interface, create custom objects & fields, define validation rules, and implement automation using:
• Workflows
• Process Builder
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex
• JavaScript
• Salesforce OOB Security

4. Integration & Data Management

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other healthcare systems, such as:
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Billing Systems
• Telehealth Platforms
• Ensure data integrity, transformation, and security throughout the integration process.

5. Governance & Compliance

• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and adhere to Salesforce governor limits.
• Implement unit test classes and maintain high code quality.

6. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, business stakeholders).
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during implementation and adoption.

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, healthcare trends, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and innovations to optimize user experience and efficiency.
