Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Generate periodic financial reports to provide management insights.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
- Liaise with tax authorities on any issues or audits.
Audit and Reconciliation:
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring any audit adjustments are made.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage the billing and collection process.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure payments are made on time, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and handle customer billing.
Payroll Management:
