Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage a wide range of critical, fast-moving tasks independently with sound judgment, from scheduling to issue resolution.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders—staff, clients, vendors, and community partners.
- HR & Culture: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, introduce them to company culture, and ensure a smooth integration experience.
- Company Engagement: Organize internal events and engagement meetings; prepare impactful presentations and foster meaningful conversations that support our cultural values.
- Compliance & Legal Coordination: Oversee business compliance needs including permits, licenses, contracts, and legal documents.
- Business Research: Research new opportunities, market regulations, vendor options, and potential business risks, offering thoughtful solutions.
- Executive Support: Anticipate the needs of the Executive team and stay several steps ahead by preparing materials, organizing schedules, and owning follow-ups.
- Project Management: Keep projects on track by maintaining documentation, coordinating timelines, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
