Role: By emphasizing ONE Park, ONE Mission, One Team, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Credit Union Management Team, Board of Directors, and Supervisory Committee. This role involves preparing agendas, recording minutes, and managing logistics for meetings. The Executive Assistant maintains and updates content in systems like OnBoard, prepares monthly Board books, and ensures timely and accurate reports. Additionally, this position coordinates travel arrangements, manages confidential communications, and supports various administrative tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and professionalism.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Arrange and attend Board and Committee meetings, as well as other management meetings as directed, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, providing supporting documentation, and recording minutes. Organize and attend in person and virtual meetings; record and disburse minutes noting items for follow-up; perform report tracking, maintain administrative files, send mail/email correspondence, request information and assist with other communications as needed or assigned. Coordinate and make travel and lodging arrangements, as needed.
- Manage, maintain, and update website content designed for use by Board and senior management, currently in “OnBoard” system. This includes preparation of monthly Board book. E 15% Provide confidential administrative support to members of management and staff.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of assigned reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills Excellent organizational and editing skills; proficient with spreadsheets and virtual meetings.
