Collaborate closely with account managers to efficiently book freight orders. You will utilize our transportation management system (TMS) to process orders precisely and quickly. Address customer inquiries and adapt to their evolving needs, ensuring exceptional service!
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with account managers to ensure a precise and efficient freight booking process for our customers.
- P rocess Orders - Build and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and that additional requests are entered.
- Maintain Customer Relationships - Monitor customer feedback scorecards to identify and alert the team of successes and opportunities.
- Customer and Driver Communication - Answer phone calls from drivers and customers, respond to inquiries or routing callers to the appropriate department / individual.
