As a Front Desk Clerk, you’ll have many opportunities to brighten someone’s day.
Front Desk Clerk Primary Duties:
- Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
- Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
- Great customer service skills
- Able to multi-task to answer phones and assist customers
- Must be able to handle guest situations with courtesy and respect
- Must be able to quote motel policy to guest and enforce said policies
- Check-in and check out guests
- Take reservations accurately
- Take cash and make change correctly
- Closeout cash shift in a timely and accurate manner
- Report to work on time and when scheduled
- Speaks English
