- Lead and train a team of 3-5 technicians and installers on small projects, ensuring high-quality work.
- Install and maintain structured cabling systems, including fiber and copper.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure accurate terminations and labeling.
- Oversee jobsite organization, maintain professional appearance, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- OSHA 30 required.
- Fiber Optic Association CPCT and CFOT certifications preferred.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in structured cabling or related fields.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Skills:
- Ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic and communication skills.
