What are the responsibilities and job description for the Working Foreman position at E2RC, LLC?
E2RC, LLC, is seeking to hire a working foreman with experience operating mid to heavy machinery, installing sediment and erosion control measures and able to lead a crew of five to seven employees.
Hiring employee is contingent on employee completing and passing a Drug Test,
Background Check, and a Driving Record Check.
Applicant must be able to operate machinery such as tractor, skid steer, tele-handler, backhoe, loader, water truck, dump truck, etc. Applicants with experience operating Finn seeding equipment a plus. Applicants with valid CDL and clean driving record will result in higher pay.
Applicant must be team-oriented, trustworthy and drama-free. Applicant must be able to take instruction and communicate effectively to construction laborers. Applicant must be able to direct and perform work efficiently, safely and accurately. Applicant’s work experience must demonstrate strong and consistent knowledge of construction practices, leadership and managerial skills, equipment operation proficiency and effective customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicant must have five years of experience in the construction industry with at least three years of supervisory experience. Applicant must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations and able to read construction plans.
Work is located within the Albuquerque area and throughout New Mexico and West Texas. Work may require overnight travel up to 50% of working week with rare weekend work. Transportation and hotel accommodations are provided and meal expenses incurred during travel are reimbursed by the company.
Pay scale depending upon experience. Additional health, vacation, and 401k benefits are available to eligible employees.
Schedule is full time.
