Job Description:
Job Title: Call Center/Member Service Representative
Location: Renton, WA, 98055
Duration: 3 Months Contract-to-hire
Shift: M-F, 8 am –5 pm
Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and customers on their benefits and claims
- Resolve member complaints, and advocate for patients
- Coordinate with providers to authorize referrals and verify coverage
- Process claims
Qualifications:
- 2 years of healthcare experience in a customer service capacity
- Call center experience - 60 calls/day
- Knowledge of TRICARE benefits
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
