As a key member of our small company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, safety, and daily HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
· Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for employees.
· Daily HR Tasks:
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide support for employee development.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
