The Manager of Human Resources manages and coordinates all human resources functions to enhance the employee experience at RD Industries. This role encompasses recruiting, payroll, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and more.

Essential Functions
- Develops, updates and administers HR programs, policies, and procedures for all employees. Works with managers setting department goals and incentive plans aligned with company objectives.
- Oversees benefits administration, includes collaboration with finance department in 401K management, cost evaluations, claims resolution, and communication.
- Leads all recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, onboarding, and exit processes, for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary personnel.
- Serves as a company representative for HR matters working with other company leaders to ensure employees success, balancing advocacy for employees with alignment to RDI's goals.
- Provides guidance on employee relations, including coaching, investigations, and documentation, while monitoring regulatory changes.
- Develop career paths, succession plans, and oversees performance management, including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Reviews and enhances HR practices, recommending policies and procedures to improve efficiency and services.
- Supervises HR team members, provides ongoing training and managing their performance and hiring processes.
- Ensures compliance of employment laws for up to 150 employees
- Oversight of the HRIS system, Paycor

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems like Paycor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource management, leadership, and team coordination.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of HR experience.
