The Opportunity :
Our Client is a Legally US based Hazardous Materials Transportation Company and has entrusted us to seek an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and evolve our HR functions across all levels of the organization. In this role, you will partner with our executive leadership team to shape the company’s HR strategy, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement initiatives that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring agility in our evolving industry.
- Talent Management : Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Recruiting & Retention : Implement innovative recruiting and retention strategies specifically focused on attracting and retaining top truck driver talent, ensuring a robust and reliable workforce.
