Job Title : Project Manager / Program Manager / Product Manager / Solution Architect (Payment Platform)
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration : Long Term
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of payments technology (e.g., EMV, tokenization, mobile payment systems, ACH, SWIFT, etc.) and payment industry standards.
Product Development : Proven ability to drive product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization, in a tech-driven environment.
Data-Driven : Ability to leverage data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions and improvements.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of payment industry regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, AML / KYC) and how they impact product development and compliance.
