Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of payments technology (e.g. EMV tokenization mobile payment systems ACH SWIFT etc.) and payment industry standards.
Product Development : Proven ability to drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization in a techdriven environment.
DataDriven : Ability to leverage data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions and improvements.
ProblemSolving : Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
Regulatory Knowledge : Indepth knowledge of payment industry regulations (PCIDSS GDPR PSD2 AML / KYC) and how they impact product development and compliance.
