Client : Comonwealth of PA Hiring For " SAP HCM (SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant) " @Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This position is primarily remote; however, this position will require reporting to the commission headquarters during key phases of the project We can work on C2C, 1099 or W2 Required Skills: 5 years of SAP HCM experience and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 experience. 5 Years of SuccessFactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM.. A strong understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements. Experience working with SuccessFactors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO. Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC) is a must have. Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding processes. Experience using integrations to send documents from SuccessFactors to a document management system like OnBase. ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module. ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module . Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . The ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical team members. SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications is a plus. Experience working with SAP PO is a plus.
