Eagle Tanks, Inc. is an original equipment manufacturer of steel aboveground tanks designed for the storage of flammable and combustible liquids. The product line consists of shop fabricated steel tanks from 250 gallons to 30,000 gallons.
Job Summary
Eagle Tanks, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator that will directly engage with customers to determine prices and develop clear and detailed project schedules and specifications.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce quote requests and needs based on information provided by customer.
- Review construction documents and define scope of work.
- Execute take-offs from production documents and utilize computer applications to expedite cost analysis of material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Maintain productive relations with customers, general contractors, and suppliers to ensure we meet our company goal of delivering customer satisfaction and quality that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Verify customer purchase orders received against quote documents and confirm order specifics.
- Coordinate with customer, CAD drafter and manufacturing to obtain customer approved drawings.
- Coordinate product delivery with customer, manufacturing, and freight services.
- Maintain a cooperative attitude in dealing with all departments of the company as a team player and a primary customer contact.
Qualifications and Skills
- Blueprint reading and the ability to interpret and analyze specifications.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills to interact with Customers, Suppliers, and co-workers.
- Estimating experience.
- Highly proficient at performing math and weight calculations.
- Understanding of steel fabrication process, coating types, fabrication procedures, and installation requirements.
- Strong computer literacy and use of MS Office programs.
- Experience managing projects from award to completion.
- A person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
Education
Bachelor or Associate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or five
years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,121.00 - $104,259.00 per year
