We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals who are otherwise eager to gain hands-on experience in the management of complex cases throughout the litigation process. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys and will have a strong desire and eagerness to learn about the Litigation Practice Area.

Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in which legal studies, business, government or employment is a component of the degree.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting.
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
Job Duties:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
- Analyze and summarize legal information to assist attorneys in building strong case strategies.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Maintain organized and current electronic and physical case files from opening through the closing of files.
- Assist in preparing correspondence and communication related to litigation matters. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Apply analytical skills to identify and assist in resolving issues; proactively suggest appropriate solutions and recommendations to enhance final work product.
- Perform other special projects, paralegal duties and other related assignments.
