The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $146,790.00 to $251,641.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities
The Special Assets Group Manager manages the Special Assets and Asset-Based Lending Departments. This position is responsible for managing troubled loans and stabilizing a bank's loan portfolio, which may involve complex situations such as syndicated loans, multiple creditors, or various levels of the capital structure. Also responsible for the oversight and management of the asset-based lines of credit portfolio.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in commercial lending, credit analysis or administration or special assets.
- 5 years in supervision or leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of legal and bankruptcy procedures.
- Solid understanding of institutional lending policies and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of workout, liquidation and collection processes.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Preferences:
- Graduate Degree in Finance, JD, or related field
