Call Center and Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service!
- Answer telephone calls
- Schedule appointments for ENT, Allergy, and Audiology providers
- Enter patient data in the EMR, ensuring accurate and current information
- Prep charts to ensure accuracy and readiness for check-in
- Confirm appointments booked online
- Greet patients at front desk with welcoming warmth
- Verify patient demographics and information
- Scan insurance cards and paperwork
- Communicate with team via EMR, e-mail, and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in an office or customer service environment
- Full-time (M-F, 40 hours/week)
- This position is primarily located at our Oshkosh front desk; however, candidate must be willing to occasionally travel to other clinic sites in the Fox Valley area
