We are seeking a collaborative and client-centric professional to join our growing team as a Client Success Manager. This role involves nurturing relationships with clients who host our tourism live-streaming content, from small businesses to world-leading resorts, destinations & attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and extend relationships with clients
- Present and influence decision-making for leadership
- Ensure clients receive appropriate resources from different departments
- Manage/curate and strategically expand our public camera network
- Advocate for new features and functions for websites and apps that help clients deliver live-streaming content to end users
- Seek out opportunities for growth and revenue generation built around our current live camera network
- Expand into new markets and growth verticals, in collaboration with sales team
Requirements:
- Aptitude to explain and communicate technical functions and features
- Strategic thinker who can drive ongoing processes while managing tactical change
- High EQ, able to work effectively at all levels within organizations and with partners
- Understanding of marketing, PR, sales and client development
- Well versed with brand building, brand equity and relevant metrics
- Results-focused, detail-oriented mindset
- Self-starter with consistent record of successfully kick-starting new initiatives and driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Excellent written and communications skills
