About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager at Triario, you'll be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the profitability of their projects. You'll leverage your expertise to understand their business needs and collaborate with our internal team to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, escalating issues and providing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and profitable project execution.
Lead key meetings with clients, understanding their business models and designing ideal CRM and digital marketing strategies.
Oversee service delivery for various projects (CRM implementation, website design, inbound marketing, integrations, revenue operations), with support from our technical team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Proven experience implementing CRMs or executing inbound marketing strategies (HubSpot preferred).
Demonstrated project management skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
English speaker. Spanish is a plus.
Benefits:
Triario offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
