What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape Foreman position at Earthscape?
Earthscape is a high end custom landscape company in Neenah. I have built Earthscape from the ground up since I was 15. I like to keep my business small and efficient. Looking to add a supervisor to our teams that is highly skilled in Hardscape construction. Some landscape companies in the valley have several crews and you are treated as just another number. At Earthscape there are only a hand full of people that work here. Being a smaller business I can develop real relationships with my employees and customers. This helps me with repeat business from customers and employees that come back year after year. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
