Job Overview:
East Coast Mechanical is seeking a driven and personable HOA Territory Account Executive to expand our presence within HOA and property management markets. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, securing new contracts, and increasing customer retention. The ideal candidate excels at relationship management, understands client needs, and consistently achieves results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HOA boards, property managers, and community leaders.
- Represent ECM at HOA meetings, trade shows, and community events with compelling presentations and outreach.
- Use CRM/Microsoft Spreadsheet tools to manage leads, track performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase contracts, renewals, and referrals within assigned territories.
- Manage and grow customer accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on HVAC solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct warm calls and follow up on leads to foster relationships and drive business development.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or relationship management, ideally within HOA or property management sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficient in CRM tools for managing client accounts and performance tracking.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and attend events as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience.
- Commission: Competitive, with uncapped earning potential.

- Performance Bonuses: Incentives based on achieving sales and customer retention goals.
Role Expectations:
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory to engage with clients and attend HOA meetings or events.
