Join our team at East Coast Yacht Sales! We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our efforts by educating and inspiring boaters to enjoy the yachts we represent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience demographics. Implement marketing campaigns across various channels including youtube, email, social media, events, and more.
- Content Creation: Work closely with our full-time videographer to create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials such as advertisements, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles. Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and reflects the lifestyle associated with yacht ownership.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management/development, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media management. Monitor performance metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and target potential buyers effectively.
- Digital and Physical Presence: Ensure the listings and event information on our website is appropriate quality and up to date, work to gather referrals from customers, and when customers find ECYS on web searches that the information is accurate. Ensure the interior and exterior of our office locations are on brand.
- Event Planning and Management: Coordinate events such as boat shows, client events, and industry networking functions. Manage all aspects of event planning including logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and attendee engagement.
- Create and Maintain marketing budgets and paid advertisements.
- Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, office locations, and any branded items.
- Monitor KPI's through our website/MLS analytics and track customer's journey from initial lead to closed transaction(s).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in marketing/creative role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools with the ability to interpret social media analytics and generate insights for future strategies.
- Proficient in Wordpress & CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho CRM a plus
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and ability to craft compelling content.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Occasional travel may be required
- Passion for yachting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
