EAST OCEAN PODIATRY is looking for a Full-time Medical Receptionist to join the Deerfield Beach, FL location.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Providing assistance to physicians and medical staff in the office
- Assisting with scheduling of patient appointments
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, and mailings.
- Scanning and logging patient insurance information.
- Maintaining all office supplies including inventory, ordering supplies, ordering office equipment, etc.
- Providing general support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Must be able to work independently and with others as needed.
