East Penn is currently seeking a 1st shift Production Clerk for the Lyons location (located between Reading and Allentown) in Berks County.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Typing, data entry, filing, copying, faxing and answering several phone lines
Assisting visitors and employees and directing them to the proper destination
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Maintain records on incoming deliveries.
Create and update charts or reports in Word or Excel.
Check all details on invoices.
Match packing slips to invoices.
Process packing slips for payment.
Developing and entering a variety of information (systems tables, part numbers, bill of materials, routings/labor steps, daily, weekly, monthly reports) directly or from data sheets into Glovia (Material Requirements Planning System)
