Responsibilities
- Review and validate calculations in the Borrowing base for Structure Finance Clients
- Evaluate eligibility criteria’s and concentration limits based on loan servicing agreements
- Manage portfolio of clients for advances and paydowns activities
- Prepare and settle Monthly Distributions for interest, fees and third parties in accordance with Servicing reports
- Perform review of custodian certifications confirming receivables pledged match with borrowing base report
- Process Client account transfers as defined by Deposit Account Control Agreements
- Manage and dispatch of notices for Syndicated lenders where EWB is lead agent
- Monitor timely receipt of Financial statements and report deliverables
- Perform Financial Spreads as needed
- Process external Audit Confirmations
- Update and prepare presentation deck for Quarterly Portfolio Meetings
- Investigate customer collection and lockbox inquiries
- Assist in training new team members & provide back up coverage as needed
- Perform Ad-hoc Projects and research as needed
Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of Collateral Analysis experience with preference in Structured Finance Industry or Asset back Lending (Commercial Lending)
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office suite skills mandatory (Aptitude Assessment required)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be detailed oriented, quick study and proactive.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $32.00/Hr. - USD $37.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $32 - $37
