- Deliver HR services to employees and management, including answering questions, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Process HR paperwork, including I-9 forms, E-Verify, and background checks, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement recognition programs, training sessions, and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being.
- Manage workers' compensation claims, unemployment benefits, and invoice coding while reviewing employee bonus reports and winter incentive tracking.
- Assist job applicants by explaining positions, guiding them through the application process, and prescreening candidates.
- Support Spanish-speaking applicants and employees, including translating internal communications and assisting with benefits-related communications.
