Marketing Coordinator

East West Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting campaigns, branding, and digital efforts. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, team-oriented, and a strategic thinker, ready to contribute to projects reaching both international audiences and colleagues.

Primary Duties:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on tasks including:
  • Graphic Design
  • Website Edits
  • Photography & Video Asset Management
• Assist in the creation and management of collateral such as menus, social post creatives, and campaign assets
• Update website content including seasonal images, copy, and documents
• Take local images and video in Aspen/Snowmass for social media
• Organize photo & video library
• Other Duties
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to solve problems.

Location: Snowmass/Pitkin County

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hour DOE

Schedule: M-F - HYBRID

Closing Date: 03/15/2025

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing abilities, with a focus on strong grammar skills.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Minimum of an associate degree in fields such as Communication, English, Marketing, or Hospitality.

Preferred: Proficiency in InDesign, Canva, and Asana
