Job Title: Marketing Technology Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Director
Job Brief: The marketing technology coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing elements of Visit Estes Park’s marketing tech stack to ensure consistency and quality of content across owned media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the marketing technology tools that contribute to Visit Estes Park’s digital experience, including the CMS, CRM, kiosk, AI tools and social media.
- Manage the implementation of new CMS tools and SEO strategies.
- Evaluate and identify new content needs based on information gathered from the tools.
- Maintain and update the organization’s website and work to improve usability, design,
content, and conversions.
- Monitor and engage in comments and discussions on social media posts.
- Become an expert in SEO and AI functionality and tools.
- Partner and collaborate with marketing coworkers and the community relations team to ensure consistency and accuracy of content.
- Create and maintain reports to show progress of projects.
- Maintain content accuracy across digital platforms, enabling a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to execute a social media content calendar.
- Contribute to the execution of destination events organized by Visit Estes Park.
- Graphic design interest and experience a plus.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 years in a digital marketing role. New grads with a marketing degree will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject preferred.
- Detail-oriented, yet efficient, with high standards for work product.
- Proficiency in social media management, analytics dashboards, CMS, CRM.
- Ability to learn new technologies and user interfaces quickly.
- Excellent and engaging writing skills.
- Ability to respond promptly and reasonably when making decisions, effective at problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Excel in a team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job.
- Demonstrate initiative and follow-through on areas of responsibility.
- Experience at a destination marketing organization or government entity preferred.
Salary range: $50K - $70K annually, based on full-time status.

Remote Work
This is a hybrid position that can be worked remotely on average up to 2 days per week. However, there are times when work must be performed in the destination, such as attending destination events, stakeholder meetings, being onsite for VEP team events, covering office work, etc.
